and cooling investment. With comprehensive inspections in
the spring and fall, your systems will be more efficient,
reducing the cost of your utility bills, and prolonging the
life of your equipment. Potential problems can be diagnosed
before they become an emergency.

Mechanical Inc. maintains a record of all your equipment including
any applicable warranties. We will call you to schedule an
appointment and work around your busy schedule. And as a part
of our Customer Care Program, you are given
preferential treatment in case of an emergency.
As a free service, we will perform an attic insulation survey
to determine levels and R-value of insulation in comparison
to the minimum suggested levels of the IEEC, International
Energy Efficiency Code. Then we can make recommendations on
how your home can be more comfortable and more efficient.
